The New York University Abu Dhabi Indoor Triathlon returns on Sunday, October 30, in an exciting new format like no other offered here in the UAE.
Swim 300m in an open water style pool swim, exit through your dry off transition area before jumping on YOUR OWN BIKE set up on a Wahoo Kickr (mechanics on hand to help set you up pre-race and to remove once you finish your ride). Hit your MYWHOOSH bike segment for an absolute THRESHOLD 5km all out effort. Then pass through bike off into T2, pull on your joggers, and head to the 200m Indoor Track for a 1,100m run to the finish. 4 Heats to enter at either 10:05am, 10:40am, 11:15am or 11:50am

Then Back in the Pool for another 300m swim, then back to the bike for another 5km effort and then finally pulling on your joggers, and head to the 200m Indoor Track for a 1,100m run to the finish. 2 Heats to enter at either 08:45am. or 09:30am
For the juniors we will start the morning with a 'KIDS' Aquathlon offering the u/8's, u/11's and u/13's the chance to race your friends with a pool swim ranging from 50m to 150m before heading to the Indoor Track for a 300m - 500m dash.
BIKE SET UP:
Please be sure to bring YOUR OWN BIKE set up on a Wahoo Kickr (mechanics on hand to help set you up pre-race and to remove once you finish your ride). Please download and set up a profile on MYWHOOSH . We will have Ipads set up for you to login or you are also free to bring you own preset with the Yas Marina bike segment. Note we can only cater for 10,11 and 12 speed bikes, if you have an older bike we will have setup a loan bike for you to use.

Those on a Tourist visa must have received 2 doses and have their AlHosn Green Pass validity within 14 days of the event.

Refund Policy - Registrants may request a refund or category change up to 7 days of the event date if the event has not closed or sold out (cost of refund or category change is 30 dirhams). Show up on time for assigned start time for the competition entered.

Submission of manual activities
The inphota platform allows submission of activities through many different means - Strava, Garmin, Fitbit - but we understand that sometimes it is preferable to submit the data in another way. To facilitate this we have produced a manual submission form which you can enter details of the activities for the contests that you have registered for.
To access the manual submission form you must be logged into the inphota account that registered for the contest, and have the details to hand. If you registered for the event using guest checkout then it is not possible to use the manual submission form.

Unfortunately this contest is restricted by age or gender, and the details in your profile do not fit within the restrictions laid out by the organiser. For this reason quick registration is not available.
However, you can still register for this contest through the usual means, and by filling out the details of the person that you want to register!
